Corporate Social responsibility (CSR) is continuing commitment by businesses to integrate social and environmental concerns in their business operations. India became the first country to legislate the need to undertake CSR activities and mandatorily report CSR initiatives under the new Companies Act 2013.

AD NETWORK MEDIA’s longstanding commitment to social responsibility is an important part of who we are as a company. AD NETWORK MEDIA is committed to spend a minimum of 2% of it's three-year average annual net profit on CSR activities in each financial year.
AD NETWORK MEDIA has planted more than 100 plants and trees; has employed widowed and specially-abled individuals; has been supporting cancer patients; has been supporting under-privileged/uneducated girls find educated & well settled grooms for marriage; has been supporting orphanges and religious institiutions which help the under-privileged without any discrimination towards religion/caste.

1. Policy objectives
The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy has the objective to create and promote behaviour that generates value to all interest groups customers, employees, suppliers, environment.
 
2. Customers
Place our Advertisers and Readers in the centre of our activities with the objective of establishing long term and lasting relationships of trust, as well as developing sustainable and innovative services to meets their needs and implement responsible and transparent communication to facilitate a better knowledge and understanding of our media services.

3. Employees
Respect the employee and to provide an Equal Opportunity to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and provide employees with a work environment free of discrimination without regard to religion or belief,  gender or marital status or disability and to support employee training, promote Team work, open communication and work environment that stimulates employees emotionally and materially to allow them to reach their full capacity and maximum level of self-demand and take measures to guarantee employee safety and general health and to provide the best possible remuneration as per Industry Standards and Individual Profile based on Qualifications and Previous Work Experience.

To take into account social and environmental criteria in purchasing decisions as well as stimulating the demand of socially responsible products and services and  systematically promote communication with suppliers to generate open innovation, development and improvement of AD NETWORK MEDIA’s services.

Promote and respect human rights according to international references and promote practices boosting quality, competitiveness, sustainable development and responsible communication.

6. Supervision and follow-up systems
To ensure compliance with its CSR policy, AD NETWORK MEDIA has formed an Ethics Committee that guarantees the principles and norms of conduct. The Ethics Committee is comprised of the Owner and Founder of AD NETWORK MEDIA, Senior Manager-Admin, and Manager-Operations. This committee will ensure that the CSR strategies and practices are followed, reached and evaluated.

7. Communication of the Corporate Social Responsibility Practices
AD NETWORK MEDIA’s website (www.adnetworkmedia.com) serves as a platform to consult the CSR and any revisions or updates.

8. Approval and effective date
The CSR Policy has been approved on April 1, 2023.

Please note: Section 135 of the Companies Act 2013 provides the threshold limit for applicability of the CSR to a Company: (a) net worth of the company to be Rs 500 crore or more; or (b) turnover of the company to be Rs 1000 crore or more; or (c) net profit of the company to be Rs 5 crore or more.          AD NETWORK MEDIA does not fall under any of the above mentioned compulsory categories of applicability of Corporate Social Responsibility.
